Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, uncustomized, and in its original condition.
  • Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Only regular stock items are eligible for return. Customized products, such as printed tray liners or personalized greaseproof paper liners, are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrectly produced.

If your item meets these criteria, you’re eligible to initiate a return with us.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized products (including but not limited to custom tray liners, basket liners, and printed food wrapping).
  • Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.
  • Items purchased under special promotions or discounts, unless clearly stated otherwise.

How to Initiate a Return?

If you wish to return an eligible product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Reach out to our customer service team by email at [email protected] or call (332) 278-1039 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
    Please include your order number and details about the issue with your product.

  2. Pack and Send
    Safely package the items in their original packaging. Include proof of purchase and the RA number with the returned item.

  3. Ship to Our Address

Note: Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the product is defective or sent in error by our team.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • Process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund amounts will exclude any shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error on our end. For defective or incorrect items, we’ll offer an exchange or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective items or shipping errors. Please contact our support team, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately within 5 business days of receipt. Send an email to [email protected] with images of the damage or defect and your order details. We will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations and Adjustments

Orders for custom tray liners and other personalized products can only be canceled or adjusted within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
